How to get wine delivered in Arkansas
Whether you are shipping to yourself, a friend, a colleague, or a family member, you must purchase alcohol and have it mailed by an entity with a valid liquor license. As a non-licensee it is never legal for you to ship alcohol yourself in the United States, much less to AR residents.
Wine may be delivered via FedEx, UPS, or other private shippers, but the USPS does not permit the shipping of alcohol of any kind. These types of services deliver wine to AR: wine subscriptions, wine stores, same-day delivery, wine gift services, and wineries.

Wineries who deliver wine to Arkansas
Wineries: Wine producers (wineries and vineyards) must be licensed by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (Alcohol Beverage Control) to ship wine directly to consumers. There is a quarterly limit of one case per producer per AR resident. Wines available can be ordered from wine producers in person only and delivered to you.

Wine stores who deliver wine to Arkansas
In Arkansas, outdated wine shipping laws going back to Prohibition are still in place, impeding or outright preventing interstate shipping of certain wines from retailers directly to consumers. The wine you personally can buy is limited by these outdated laws. The stores shown below can ship wine to you, but which wines they are allowed to send you may be limited by these laws. Wine Subscriptions: Some wine of the month clubs are both retailers and wineries (like Firstleaf and Nakedwines.com), so they are able to ship wine as a producer (a better delivery experience for AR residents).
There are other legal ways to ship wine to Arkansas residents but we don’t check how each wine subscription service goes about doing it — the companies who offer wine subscriptions are responsible for the legalities of their shipping policies.

Can you ship wine to Arkansas?
Wine delivery to Arkansas is limited, but yes, you can get wine shipped to Arkansas. For winery shipping, there is one narrow exception: if you are out of state visiting a winery and purchase wine on the premises, it may be shipped back to you in Arkansas. To be clear, however, you may not order wine from out of state via any other method (internet, telephone, etc.).
Limited options exist for wine delivery from retailers to AR residents.
The Fine Print
Dry Communities: A dry community is one in which sales (or delivery) of alcoholic beverages are prohibited. A “dry” community is one in which sales (or delivery) of alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Arkansas has 34 completely dry counties at present.
Under this limited exception, the State of Arkansas allows wineries outside of Arkansas to deliver wine to Arkansas households via Common Carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.). These companies must obtain a Wine Shipping Permit (among other requirements). There is a quarterly limit of one case per producer per AR resident. All direct-shipped wine is subject to a $0.75 per gallon wine excise tax (a gallon of wine is roughly equivalent to five bottles of wine), in addition to any applicable sales taxes. Someone 21 years old or older must be available to sign for the package upon delivery.
Buyer beware. While we do our best to make it easy to find wine that can be delivered to your state, each winery and retailer is the final say in whether they will ship to consumers. Those that do so without a permit often disclose on their site in the Terms of Service, Legal, or Shipping pages that you are responsible for obeying the laws of your state, not the retailer.
